Contracts Manager - Manchester

I am working with a contractor based in Manchester centre that specialise within refurbishment projects and fitout projects.

They are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors up and down the UK.

This will be a more office-based role, with a focus on paperwork and site-visits not a necessity.

Candidate Requirements

You will have a background within Contracts Management of refurbishment and fitout projects.

Suitable candidates must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications.
