Description

• Process purchase invoices
• Process expense claims.
• Complete payment runs by BACS.
• Manage petty cash.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
• Support the Finance Manager with various tasks as needed.
• Comply with all financial regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

• Proven experience in a financial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in major software programs, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound financial decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
