Our client, a leading main contractor in the residential sector, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to support legacy cladding projects on a 6-month freelance contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a cladding/facade specialist or a technical lead from a new build background with strong cladding and fire-stopping knowledge, to join a high-performing team and make a real impact on critical remediation works.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical oversight and support on legacy cladding remediation projects

Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and subcontractor information

*

Liaise with design consultants, facade engineers, and fire safety specialists

*

Ensure compliance with current building regulations and fire safety standards

*

Support project delivery teams with technical queries and problem-solving

✅ Ideal Candidate:

Strong technical background in cladding, facades, or fire-stopping

*

Experience in residential projects (remediation or new build)

*

Confident working with construction drawings, regulations, and compliance

*

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
