Senior Legal PA

Prestigious US law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Legal PA to support 2 Senior Partners (including a Vice-Chair) and other Fee Earners within their leading Corporate practice team.

• Salary to £55,000

Senior Legal PA Duties:

• Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor / oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel).
• Marketing and business development duties to support practice.
• Making appointments and travel arrangements.
• Organising client and internal meetings.
• Answering and placing telephone calls professionally; taking accurate and complete messages.

Senior Legal PA Key Skills:

• Proven experience working as a Legal PA / EA within a recognised law firm.
• Experience within a Corporate, Banking or Finance practice team would be advantageous.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
• Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
