As a Marketing & Business Development Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping both teams run efficiently, contributing to the firm’s overall success. Your responsibilities will range from administrative tasks to coordinating events and assisting with marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications and Business Development teams, including diary management, meeting coordination, and inbox management.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and pitch documents.
- Help coordinate events, seminars, webinars, and networking activities, ensuring logistics are managed smoothly.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as newsletters and client alerts.
- Maintain and update the firm’s CRM system with relevant business development information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to support business development initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, client outreach, and other business development activities.
- Collaborate with the wider teams to ensure seamless execution of firm-wide marketing and business development strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a marketing, communications, or business development team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different teams.
