German-Speaking Commercial Assistant

Up to £28,000 (Dependant on experience)

Are you super organised, love working with people, and speak fluent German? If so, we've got the perfect role for you!

We're looking for a German-Speaking Commercial Assistant to join one our very best Evesham based clients and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for supporting their sales team, handling key admin tasks, and making sure their German-speaking customers get the best service possible.

What you'll be doing -

* Helping Project Managers with admin, quotes, and sourcing the best deals

* Processing sales and purchase orders (and making sure everything is in tip-top shape!)

* Keeping records updated on systems

* Supporting new customer onboarding

* Spotting ways to improve processes and make things even better

Must haves!

* Fluent German and English (spoken & written)

* Strong organisational skills

* A team player with great communication skills

* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to haves!

* Previous B2B Account Management or customer service experience
