Description

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote financial understanding and responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.

Profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
• Experience in similar role.
• Proficient with management accounts & business partnering.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance software.
• Analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
