On behalf of an MEP contractor we are looking for a Junior MEPH Manager to work on a construction site. Ideally mech/plumbing biased.
Ideal for a plumbing supervisor - residential biased looking into taking next step into management and report directly to the director. Will have supervsiors dealing with general sites works.
* Experience with M&E coordination
* Preferably a background in Mechanical installation
* Need to have knowledge of the difference systems to complete a full MEPH package
* Commercial awareness
* Reporting experience
* Subcontractor management experience
* Problem solving
* IT and general software skills
* Working hours will be 7:30 to 17:30 or as required.
* Presentable
CSCS , Management ticket and first aid cert required.
