Our client, Nottinghamshire County Council, is seeking a Social Worker for the Broxtowe Ageing Well Team, based in Beeston.

Details of the role:

• Working with older adults
• To work from the office 2 days per week and attend face to face team meetings
• Safeguarding adults
• Maintain a complex caseload and be responsible for the assessment, support planning and review of complex individual needs and undertake safeguarding work in the role of Safeguarding Officer.
• Experience of Sec21a work, Sec117 MH Discharges

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
• Ideal candidate will have specialist experience of safeguarding adults as well as complex case work
