Job Summary

As a member of the Internal Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support. You will be a great team player and an excellent communicator, supporting internal and external customers, supplying specific quotations, and assisting the external sales teams. The overall focus is to provide excellent customer service at all times and to exceed our customers' expectations. You will receive continuous training on our product range to support you in building system quotations and addressing all customer inquiries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commitment to Providing First-Class Customer Service: Handle daily requests including quotes, queries, and calls.
  • Quote Chasing Support: Initiate in the new year.
  • Meeting Creation: Schedule meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs) using dormant customer data on SAP/NSI Register.
  • Customer Outreach: Cold/Warm calling existing customers, managing pipelines, and arranging meetings for BDMs.
  • Post-Meeting Follow-ups: Collaborate with BDMs to advise on action follow-ups after meetings.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data accuracy.
  • Departmental Targets: Work with colleagues to achieve departmental targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the complete product range.
  • Quotation Creation: Use the CRM system SAP to create specific quotations.
  • Design Panels: Use MS Visio to design panel templates for customer approval.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholder demands.
  • Customer Service KPIs: Meet and exceed Customer Service KPIs.
  • Field Experience: Participate in distribution sit-in days, days out with BDMs, and prospect hunting.
