Sales Manager – Steel Window Industry

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Position Type: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team, leading Business Development, Sales, and Estimating across our commercial, domestic, and refurbishment divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in a growing and respected company within the steel window industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Division:

• Identify and develop new leads
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and other specifiers
• Actively follow up on estimates to secure orders

Domestic Division:

• Follow up on estimates, with a focus on larger contractor-led projects
• Develop strong relationships with specifiers and local contractors
• Expand and support our reseller network

Refurbishment:

• Follow up estimates for refurbishment projects, particularly large-scale contractor projects

General:

• Take the lead on managing and enhancing websites, social media presence, and general marketing activities
• Drive improvements in internal systems, reporting, and communication processes

About You:

• Strong background in business development and sales
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organised
• Comfortable working independently and leading initiatives
• Experience in the steel window industry is an advantage but not essential — the right attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most
