Role: Fit-Out Contracts Manager
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Office Based, with travel required to sites as necessary in the Sheffield City Region

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Fit-Out Contracts Manager to join their team based out of their office in Sheffield, with experience in the interior fit-out and general construction industry. They are looking for someone who is commercially aware, dynamic and preferably someone who has hands-on experience, who is happy working within a fast-paced environment both as a team and on their own initiative.
Duties include:
* Read and take off from architectural drawings and BIM models.
* Undertake site visits and surveys where required.
* Assist with site project management, organisation, procurement and project analysis as required.
* Take Client Briefings
* Undertake site visits where required
The successful candidate:
Experienced as a Contracts or Projects Manager in the interior fit-out and general construction industry Understand Architectural Design drawings Health and Safety Understand planning and programming Understanding scope of works Have good Building, Construction and Practical Knowledge Have attention to detail Hold a full driving licence Ability to confidently liaise with clients, suppliers, colleagues and other project parties as required.
