The resource is sought to support the Team Leader Local Plan to progress the Local plan to publication in spring summer 2025 followed by submission to examination, with a team of planning professionals.

* The role is to take the lead on key strategic elements of the local plan to finalize the Regulation 19 content and supporting evidence including bridging documents and alignment with a range of appraisals and linked technical work. The role will in particularly lead on the housing and employment strands of work with an overview of the policies and the approach to scale and distribution as well as site allocations and appraisals. In collaboration with the Team Leader the role will provide technical and expert advice to team members on content and supporting documents.
