Key Responsibilities:

Joint planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for Year 5 pupils.
Work collaboratively as part of a job share with another teacher to ensure continuity in the classroom.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging all pupils to achieve their best.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, contributing to their academic and personal development.
Work closely with the wider school team, including teaching assistants and senior leadership, to support the school's aims and values.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Must have completed ECT years.
Experience teaching KS2, ideally experience teaching year 5.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a job share role.
Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
