The Role
We are seeking a Property Manager with residential experience in South West London. As the successful Property Manager you'll be joining an established property management team at a growing real estate agency. You'll be looking after approximately 140 properties in the local area. All properties are walking distance from the office near Chelsea Bridge.
The Company
This company is a growing real estate agency in South Wet London near Chelsea Bridge. They offer services such as sales, lettings and property management in the local area. The majority of their client base are high net worth individuals from the UK and overseas.
The role will require
* Manage the day-to-day of the property management department
* Manage the property portfolio
* Arrange and resolve all maintenance issues
* Liaise with tenants and landlords
* Arrange EPC, gas safe certificates and all legal documents to ensure properties comply with legislation
* Regular property checks and inspections
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Ideally 3+ years of experience in property management
* Knowledge of Reapit would be good but not essential
* Knowledge of property laws and regulations
* Strong IT skills such as using Office365
