Contracts Manager Required - Minor Works - Essex/Hertfordshire Based Contractor - Up to £75,000 + Full Package

Reporting into the Operations Director, The role holder will manage multiple projects at any one time and be responsible for team of Site Managers. The projects include and small scaled refurbishment projects and Social Housing Refurbishment Frameworks up to £2m.

You will be responsible for managing the schemes from inception to completion with full responsibility for Health and safety, Budgeted expense, Quality and Contract documentation and exceeding client expectations.
