The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee projects in the North East and North Yorkshire regions. As a key member of our organisation, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in the scaffolding and rail sector and a thorough understanding of the rail industry.

Main Responsibilities

Manage and oversee contracts in the scaffolding and rail sector in the North East and North Yorkshire regions
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the scaffolding and rail sector
Strong understanding of the rail industry and its regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
