My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.

They are currently recruiting for a multi skilled trades person to join them on a permanent basis, working on disrepair contracts across the North West.

They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Trades to join them on a permanent basis.
Type of work will largely be disrepair work to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes. You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade. You must also have a CSCS Card.

Please note - applicants must be able to provide copies of certificates and details of referees.

The salary is up to £32k plus van and fuel card - please note a clean driving licence is required for use of the company van.
