We are working on behalf of the client in recruiting a part time Customer Service Representative.
General Duties for Purchasing Administrator:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Resolving queries and complaints
- Excel skills
- Office skills
- Word skills
- Placing orders
- Support with reporting updates
- Support with cost improvements
- Support with new and existing contract negociations
Pay and hours for a Purchasing Administrator:
- £12.78
- Mon and Tues 5 days
- Working hours are negociable
- 10 hours per week
- Prorata 33 days holiday per year
Located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this part-time role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of their top products.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things golf related, providing support to their trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
You will also be focused, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as help drive continuous improvement.
