Position: Senior Account ManagerLocation: Congleton, Cheshire (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000  A rapidly growing marketing agency in Cheshire East are looking to add an experienced Senior Account Manager to their client services team, as their portfolio of clients expands. This is a senior role, and strong experience in a marketing/communications agency is essential.  Responsibilities Include: Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, and maintain and understanding for their strategic needs and objectives.Marketing Campaign Leadership: Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with client goals.Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, digital, and marketing—to ensure client objectives are translated into actionable strategies, maintaining clear communication and transparency.Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts, offering additional services tailored to their evolving needs while maintaining a personalized, attentive approach.Project Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, carefully managing resources and timelines to meet both client and agency objectives.Client Communication: Provide clients with regular updates on project status and performance, addressing any concerns and ensuring optimal campaign performance through proactive adjustments.Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead by example within the Client Services team, creating an environment of cooperation, and support while helping team members develop their skills.Client Representation and Events: Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and industry conferences.  Experience Required:

• Already be at the senior account manager level, or a manager ready to step up.
• Experience working in an agency setting is essential
• Experience overseeing client briefs and projects from ideation to completion
• Experience in a leadership position is highly desirable.
• A solid grasp of marketing strategy, proficiency in digital marketing channels, and expertise in measuring and analysing campaign performance.
