MIS Data Compliance Officer

• Reports to: Head of MIS
• Location: Coulsdon
• Salary: up to £30,000
• Type: Full-time

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Coulsdon.

Main Duties

• Ensure the completeness of data returns and related funding claims, including the development and maintenance of data validation procedures.
• Regularly use data tools and software to examine and resolve ILR data issues, coordinating with colleagues and reporting exceptions.
• Prepare data submissions for agencies, support audit processes, and assist with quality inspections.
• Maintain timetables, resolve booking conflicts, and ensure room allocations are optimized and compliant with curriculum needs.
• Assist with staff training on the student records system, offer advice to curriculum teams, and monitor data quality and compliance.
• Liaise with leadership and departments on data accuracy, room utilization, and provide management information reports on timetabling and space usage.

Requirements

• Experience relevant to the post
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Level 2 Maths & English
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to pass a DBS check
• No previous convictions
