Change Implementations Manager - PlymouthWe have some fantastic opportunities for a Change Implementation Manager to join our project in Plymouth in the Southwest where we are a delivery partner on a key infrastructure project. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in one of the most complex and challenging projects in the UK today.

Please note potential candidates for this role must be able to obtain and retain security clearance to be able to be considered for this position.

We are working on an infrastructure upgrade programme to support the MODs future requirements in relation to both its warship and submarine programme.

Role Requirements

• Experience of dealing with portfolios and liaising with people at all level

• Ability to lead complex business problems and produce synthesised logical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / project / construction management or a related field.

• Strong commercial and financial understanding

• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive

• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way

• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
