Our client is a whole of market brokerage who specialises in commercial mortgages, bridging finance and development finance. They are looking for a mortgage administrator to join their small team in London so ideally you will be based around this area.

With this role there is a possibility to progress into a self employed mortgage advisor.

Skills required to become a Mortgage Administrator;

• Experience as a mortgage administrator is essential
• CeMAP desirable

Role responsibilities of a Mortgage Administrator;

• Input mortgage applications onto lender portals efficiently and accurately
• Maintain and arrange records and documents
• Updating customer throughout the process
• Work closely with mortgage advisors to provide a smooth loan journey
• Oversee the client journey from start to finish
