Pay: £15 - £17 an hour + holiday pay
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours a week
Pattern of work: Hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days at home
Location: A short walk from Old Street/Essex Road Station
In your role as a Finance Officer you will support the finance team in offering a accurate and timely service to the wider charity.
A business facing role, you will have the opportunity to work with many people across the organisation.
Your day to day duties as Finance Officer will include;
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices - in accordance with policy
- Setting up BACS & CHAPS payment run
- Processing all company credit card payments ensuring all expenses submitted meet company policy
- Gather missing paper work for expenses
- Assist with ad hoc payroll and system projects
This is an ideal role with an experience Finance Officer who understands debit vs credit and has experience ideally in a similar role.
The skills you will bring your role as Finance Officer will include;
- Knowledge of debit vs credit
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as SUN & Proactis
- Experience and knowledge of payables and receivables
- Understanding payroll
