We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with a strong background in the signage industry to join our team. Celebrating 25 years of success, our company has grown from humble beginnings to a thriving creative studio. We provide bespoke branding solutions and are known as a one-stop shop for all branding needs. The Sales Manager will be a key player in driving sales and supporting our business growth.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Foster and maintain robust customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and other avenues.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing any complaints or objections.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall results.
  • Gather and relay feedback from customers or prospects to internal teams. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role within the signage industry.
  • Must have relevant industry experience within the last 5 years.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Quick learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
  • Must hold either an IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) or PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers Manufacturers Association) qualification.
  • UK Residency or the right to remain in the UK is required.
