Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000

Roles and responsibilities:

Building Services Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive activities to a large static site in London.

The applicant must have a good all-round knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant and mechanical related maintenance

Pressure testing, heating hot and cold water, HIU systems, pipework, pumps, flow control, general building services duties, large plant rooms, HVAC systems
Emergency repairs, fault finding, maintenance,

Requirements for the role:

Facilities maintenance: 2 years (required)
mechanical HVAC: 2 years (required)
A full UK driving licence is essential plus clear DBS check.
