THE ROLE

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Support the Performance Director in initiating and developing digital strategies
• Oversee the day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta and Linkedln)
• Take ownership of campaign performance & reporting across our digital marketing footprint to ensure the team is constantly aligned with the business objectives.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and nurture a team of junior performance marketing executives to develop their skills

Your Skills And Experience

• Strong Digital Marketing experience
• Experience working in a client-facing capacity in PPC, Social, Display and SEO
• Able to manage multi-channel projects, leading the strategy and team to work to deadlines and KPIs
• Analytical mindset
• Line management experience
