Theatre Cleaner/ Housekeeper

Location: Fulwood Hall Hospital, Preston

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 17:00-21:00 - occasional weekend work may be required

Salary: Starting salary from £22,700 FTE (Prorated) (depending on experience) + Benefits

Summary:

Fulwood Hall Hospital was opened as a purpose built facility in 1986. In 2009 the hospital completed a £9m pound investment to refurbish and expand the site, making it the largest independent hospital in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north of England.
The hospital has six consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room, a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities and a brand new physio and sports therapy department including gymnasium.


The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Theatre Housekeeper to join our team at Fulwood Hall Hospital, based in Preston.

You'll be responsible for cleaning all areas of the theatre, which includes but is not limited to ensuring that all outer areas are tidy, wiping all touch points, cleaning and tidying all operating attachments, cleaning the theatre stacking systems, cleaning the theatre canopies. and surrounding vents, wiping all hand dispensers, and cleaning all equipment.
We'll give you all the training you'll need - including getting you up to speed on infection control regulations. As a vital part of the team, you'll be valued for your hard work and skills - and given the chance to build on them through our Ramsay Academy.
Please note that the start time for this role will be 5am with occasional weekend work required.
