The Role
Working in an established Service Centre, the successful
candidate will already have experience of managing a service desk and will use these skills to manage the customer bookings and welcome customers to the department. Working as part of a team,they with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service.

The successful applicant will join their colleagues in a positive working environment, where they are rewarded for their skills, with opportunities to develop as a manufacturer trained Service Advisor.

The Salary
The salary is dependent upon the individual skillset, however, ranges from £30,000 to £32,000, with the additional opportunity to earn bonus, enhanced through ongoing training and development. You also have an additional holiday, as you have your Birthday off!
