What will you be doing?

As part of the team, you'll work across different areas of component manufacturing, assembly, wiring, and testing to help meet production goals. Your key tasks will include:
🔹 Setting up and operating equipment such as EHRT, plating lines, and power presses
🔹 Assembling products following instructions, drawings, and BOMs
🔹 Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace while following safety guidelines
🔹 Keeping accurate records for production and products
🔹 Working with machinery & tools, including hand-vibrating tools (PPE provided)
🔹 Contributing to a team environment and supporting continuous improvements

What we're looking for:

✔ Previous experience operating production equipment efficiently
✔ Ability to assemble and test products
✔ Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic IT knowledge and ability to read BOMs & drawings

Bonus skills (nice to have but not essential!):

🎯 Lean / Six Sigma qualification
🎯 Experience using ERP systems & CAD software (e.g., Teamcenter)
