The Role - Behaviour Mentor

Providing support to students with challenging behaviour or special needs
Run small groups or intentions for students with behavioural difficulties
Assist students with learning difficulties by providing them with learning materials
Providing one-on-one support
Work closely with other members of the behavioural team and the SEND Coordinator
To plan and develop strategies for supporting pupils both individually and in groups.
Organise and supervise extracurricular activities during lunchtime and outside of school hours.
Support pupils who experience difficulties during breaks by organizing lunchtime activities.
Provide students with a variety of strategies for managing and resolving conflicts.

The School - Behaviour Mentor
