Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant standards
• Manage and support staff, promoting a positive work culture
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Take responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the home

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a care or nursing home setting
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
