Our client, a wholesale fashion brand, are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Wholesale Customer Service team.

The role of the Customer Service Representative is a really varied and very busy role where you will be looking after a number of designated B2B accounts within the German markets.

This is a bilingual position and requires fluency in both written and spoken English and German. Strong Excel skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will be friendly, motivated, dynamic, passionate about customer service and take real pride in representing a brand.

Wholesale experience would be highly beneficial but they are open to candidates who have strong customer service in other areas.

This is a hybrid role where you will spend 2 days in the office and work in a flexible and friendly culture. Remote working could also be considered, for the right person. Great benefits are on offer too.
