This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Technician to play a key role delivering technical advice and support at South Hampstead High School.
In this varied role, you will work closely with the ICT Manager and Senior ICT Technician to ensure that the school's 1000+ users are able to effectively access ICT services. To achieve this, you will:
- Install, monitor and maintain the school's ICT systems
- Provide technical advice to support the resolution of issues, escalating when necessary
- Develop proactive procedures to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems
- Safeguard the integrity of the school’s systems, maintaining its security
You will have a strong technical understanding of ICT systems, experience of diagnosing and resolving technical errors, as well as experience of delivering customer focused ICT services. A strong technical understanding of ICT systems is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of ICT technologies and service delivery management processes and procedures.
