A close client of mine are now looking for a Lapping Technician. This role would suit someone who has experience in a manufacturing or engineering background, with a willingness to learn.

Main Purpose is to work part of a team to produce precision spec components for clients in the aerospace and automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and perform lapping operations on precision parts

* Assist with various processes (polishing, straightening, deburring, marking, cleaning)

* Operate machines according to guidelines

* Meet production targets and quality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

* Engineering experience preferred (training provided)

* Ability to use measuring equipment

* Excellent attention to detail

* Meet deadlines efficiently

* Positive and flexible work attitude

* Good communication skills

* Team player mentality
