Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic PPA Teacher to join a supportive, two-form entry Primary School in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all year groups, from Nursery to Year 6, providing vital PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) cover. The role is full-time, starting ASAP and running until July 2025, offering a rewarding and varied teaching experience.

PPA Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons across all year groups (Nursery to Year 6) to cover PPA time for the teaching staff.
Collaborate with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure effective learning outcomes during PPA cover.
Support the ongoing development and assessment of students' progress in line with school policies.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

PPA Teacher Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching across primary school year groups.
A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson delivery.
Ability to adapt and work flexibly, covering various subjects and year groups as part of the PPA provision.
Passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting the diverse needs of all pupils.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
Recent teaching experience within a primary school setting is essential.
