Are you passionate about working with young people and have experience in secondary education? Aspire People are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team, working in secondary schools across Derby. This role offers flexibility, with day-to-day, part-time, and full-time opportunities available.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Step in during the absence of the class teacher to manage and deliver pre-planned lessons.
Work with students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay on task.
Provide support and supervision, ensuring that the class completes the set work.
Help create a positive learning environment.
All lesson plans and materials will be provided for you. Your main responsibility is to engage with the students and manage the classroom effectively.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in secondary schools is essential.
Familiarity with managing students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments.
