Position: Trainee Accounts Administrator

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £22-£25k

Metalis are currently in partnership with an manufacturing company who due to an ever-growing order book are looking to hire a trainee accounts administrator on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

Updating customer portals
Contacting internal regional branches for job progress/update on works
Corresponding with customers via phone & email
Producing, reviewing and analysing data within excel reports
Generating customer invoices for completed works
General admin tasks & data inputRequired Skills:

Proficient IT skills, specifically excel and web portals (training will be provided on customer portals)
High level of attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
Good organisation skills
Ability to manage own workload and react to changing situationsSalary and Shifts:

Full time, permanent position
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary between £22-£25k
