Do you have experience of testing new IT system releases, managing and fixing issues?

Do you demonstrate excellent communication skills, with stakeholder management experience? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

As an IT - Systems Testing Executive you will be responsible for the administration and implementation of assessment systems testing operations. The role will also support assessment delivery and the development of systems processes and issue resolution.

As an IT - Systems Testing Executive, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring releases are managed appropriately.
Supporting assessment delivery before and during exam sessions.
Overseeing the implementation of processes and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of assessment.
Assisting in the identification and resolution of system issues, working with external suppliers as well as internal stakeholders.
Delivering testing cycles for key assessment systems.
Drafting test plans and undertaking systems testing, ensuring they are thorough and deliverable within deadlines.
Maintaining a test issue log, managing defects lists and resolutions.
Supporting senior team members with the planning and delivery of training to staff.

To be a successful IT - Systems Testing Executive you must have:

Excellent IT skills, including prior use of a range of IT systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently to deadlines.
Demonstrable experience of challenging process and enabling improvement.
Experience managing release testing.
A background in assessment or the Education industry would be advantageous.
