M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

We are currently working with a prestigious client who are looking for a Senior Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor OR Commercial Manager to join an exciting Hospital build project. The role will be a hybrid role working both on site and from either their Bolton office or home.

Remuneration:

£75 000 - £85 000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits

Location:

Site Based 3 days
Home/Office based 2 days - Bolton
Please note: Subsistence paid if lodging away

The role:

The successful applicants will have experience within Mechanical and Electrical Projects and NEC contracts

Requirements:

- Experienced Senior Quantity surveyor OR Commercial Manager
- Mechanical and Electrical background
- NEC Contracts
- Enthusiastic approach to their work
