Role: Finance Business Partner

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Joining a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, you will report to the Finance Manager and provide financial support and guidance to senior stakeholders across the business.

You will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual, working within a busy and collaborative Finance team.

This role supports a key income stream across UK and US operations, ensuring financial performance is well understood and optimised.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading financial reviews and forecasting with operational teams
Preparing budgets, reforecasts, and balance sheet reconciliations
Providing regular financial analysis to key stakeholders
Supporting system improvements and ERP maintenance
Contributing to process development and financial controls
Assisting with audits and business-wide projectsSkills/Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong experience in month-end accounts, budgeting, and business analysis.
Strong IT skill, advanced Excel
Knowledge of Power Query, SQL, or BI tools would be a plus.
The ability to communicate financial insights
A proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing business needs are key.Regular travel to UK sites and occasional travel to the US will be required.
