My client, in Veryan near Truro, are looking for a friendly Receptionist to join their Hotel Reception Team.

The key focus of the role will be to work within the reception team to deliver the highest level of service from the moment the guest makes their reservation, right through to their departure.

The role is full time, 38 hours per week, consisting of an even mix of morning and evening shifts.
This role offers an hourly rate of £11.50, plus great company benefits and a share of gratuities.

Driving is essential due to the location of the property.

Candidates must have experience in similar setting and ideally have experience using Hotel Perfect.

You must pride yourself on providing the highest level of service.
The role demands you to be highly efficient and organised.
You must be standards driven as the service given to all guests is of the highest level and importance.
Effective communication will be a critical element of this role and you will be dealing with highly confidential information.

Motivated and passionate individuals are recognised, and growth and development are encouraged by higher management.
You will be supported in all aspects of your role by the Office Manager, however you will be expected to use initiative and take responsibility where appropriate.
