Support Worker (Female) - Doncaster

Working Hours & Salary:

• 30 hours per week
• Rota provided on a monthly basis; hours and days are flexible based on the client's needs (must be flexible)
• £15.14 per hour on weekdays | £17.30 per hour on Sundays

Client Overview:
Our client has a brain injury and autism. They are a very social individual who enjoys going out to concerts, cinema, dinners, and engaging in makeup and beauty routines.  Basic care experience is sufficient to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering personalised care to a client with complex health conditions.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Basic care experience is sufficient to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, upbeat, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays as required.
• A valid UK driver's license and own car (although the client has their own vehicle).
