• Advisory support for employers and senior individuals
• Tribunal claims and representation
• Contracts, policies and disciplinary matters
• TUPE, restructuring and redundancy advice
• Settlement agreements and negotiationsYou’ll work directly with clients from day one and have the chance to contribute to wider team initiatives and development.What We're Looking For
• 2 to 6 years PQE in employment law
• A strong mix of contentious and advisory experience
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
