Company:
Established in 2018, a family run company who specialise in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment within commercial, leisure and laboratory sectors.

The Role:
As the Sales / Business Development Manager you will work between home and the Hull office and will be responsible for winning work predominantly for the service and maintenance division, targeting FM service providers and end user clients.
Although still relatively young, the business has already secured repeat business with key clients including a large national FM service provider and large hospitality venues and wants to build on this success with more long-term partnerships.

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of sales / business development specifically targeting the Facilities Management service providers and have a good understanding of mechanical building services (heating, ventilation or air-conditioning).
You will be a self-starter, be highly motivated and want to build long term client partnerships.

The Salary:
c£50k to c£60k, uncapped commission, car (pickup) / allowance
