They are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business and work on a range of facilities management and small works projects, valued at up to £2m.

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve assisting with the below:

Cost control and value management strategies.
Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
Help to oversee the commercial aspects of projects
Manage cash flow.
Manage subcontractor payments.
