The Company:

They are an innovative company specialising in the EMobility industry

The Role:

The company are looking for a candidate with warranty management experience to join their growing team.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

* Ensure repair workflows and warranty claims processes are prioritised to ensure smooth, efficient service for customers.

* Provide sufficient resources to meet strict SLA's

* Collaborate with global service centres and workshops, ensuring high standards of quality and customer care.

* Handling a company's warranties and claims. It involves recording warranty information, managing claims, and tracking warranty performance

Requirements:

* Previous experience in warranty management within an electro-mechanical or technology-driven industry.

* Strong understanding of warranty claims processes, service networks, and quality control.

* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers.

* Proficiency in warranty tracking systems and data analysis.

Package:

* £40,000 - £50,000 per year depending on experience

* 40hrs per week Monday - Friday

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

* Statutory pension
