Description

A successful General Manager will need to:

Oversee all logistics operations within the warehousing and distribution department
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Manage budgets and P&L
Lead and inspire a high-performing team
Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary improvements
Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and goalsProfile
