Property Litigation - Senior Associate

Our client, a leading firm in the legal industry, is looking for a Property Litigation - Senior Associate to join their Property Litigation team in Liverpool and Manchester.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of property litigation cases, including disputes involving utilities. You will be responsible for achieving financial and chargeable targets, maintaining case management records, and taking an active role in business development initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train, supervise, and develop junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You should have experience in property litigation, particularly involving utilities companies. You should also have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to different tasks. Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a methodical, organised approach are also essential for this role.
