Are you a dedicated nurse seeking a fulfilling role in a supportive nursing home environment? Look no further! On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a Staff Nurse to join a nursing home in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with the nursing home's policies and HIQA standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualised care plans, and regularly review them to meet residents' unique needs.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while adhering to all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Essential requirements:
- Active NMBI registration.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in Ireland, preferably in older persons' care or a similar setting
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A compassionate approach to patient care.
